Sundy announces today that Mr. Li Zhuying has joined the firm’s International group as a partner nominee. Mr. Li has developed the practice focus on international and corporate sectors after practicing in 2001. He counsels clients on transfer of equity, merger & acquisition, industrial & commercial infrastructure & utility, intellectual property trading, luxury hotels & resorts, and sport centers, litigation and arbitration.

Mr. Li earned a J.M from Nanjing University Law School, a M. A from Sichuan University Foreign Languages School and program certificates from University of Maryland (College Park) and from International Law Institute with cooperation of Georgetown University, DC。
李律师具有专业的教育背景，南京大学法学院法律硕士学位，四川大学外国语学院英语硕士学位，美国马里兰大学访问学者，美国乔治敦大学华盛顿国际法学院课程培训证书。曾专门研究美国反倾销、反补贴和知识产权诉讼。
